LAURA MERCIER- TINTED MOISTURIZER

I got this a s a sample from Sephora a while back. Since everyone was on the bandwagon, I had to try it.  Within the first min, I knew it was way too shear.  I put MSF on top, still too shear. After 2-3 hours, I looked at my face & it looked a little orange.  It is now night & i don't have even a little moisturizer on my face anymore.

I'm jumping off the bandwagon. I'm glad I didn't get it during the sale. My Bb cream s till better. I think this is better for dry/normal skin. My skin is too oily.
Should I put it on differently?

No, I think you put it on correctly, if I want a little extra coverage I squirt half a pump of a higher coverage foundation and I get a nice medium coverage. All depends on the look you want to acheive. Its a good think you didn't buy a full tube. xxNadia

Hmm.. I never tried this before but my Benefit TM was too sheer for me at 1st and seem so oily but when I put a primer prior to using it, I got better results :)

i guess being a "sheer tinted moisturiser", you can't expect much coverage from it.
maybe you can use it as a primer?
